Happy Birthday Angie

Today my sweet sister-n-law turns 29! haha Not really, she is 30 somthing. Last night we enjoyed hanging out, just the 2 of us, and chatting forever!!  I love her so very much and she is the best sister-n-law ever!!  We talk just about every morning for about 45min to an hour! I love it!!  It is just part of our daily routine and I would not change a thing!

We can call and gripe.....it is ok

Shaving Cream and Glue

Sophie Clare has been a bit under the weather with a runny nose and a cough. We have been inside a little more than usual this week so I decided to try and find a few new things to do. We 1st planned for Cubbies and did the activity for that. Then I found the neatest thing ever.

Feeding the Ducks

Monday night we had talked about meeting Jamie at the FALLS to have lunch. We ended up running in Belks and then stopping my McDonald's (hi-donny house as Sophie Clare would say)  We had a time getting in touch with Jamie but finally ...........................

We let Jamie eat a bite then it was off to find the DUCKS. Sophie Clare was so excited about this and could not wait! As soon as the ducks were near, she grabbed my leg and never let go. She gave them very little bread. That was kinda ok with me, they act as if they are going to take it right out of your hands!

It started raining on us, so we had to cut our trip short.

Look at her, she is peering behind my leg. Which this duck was a little close, so I put my leg up just a bit!

We had fun and hated that it was rushed by the rain!

Fashion Tips for Fall 2011

I am always wanting and making sure that I know what is in style! I have been this way as long as I can remember! I will say that I dress pretty classic but LOVE to have several trendy pieces in my closet. Seems that since I have had Sophie Clare, I find it more important that she looks good!  haha  So I do not shop for myself as much as I used to! That is ok with me........I love dressing her up!  :-)

Happy Birthday Madisyn

Last week, my cousin Nick and his family were in town!  They live in SC and do not get to come home a lot!  Madisyn even got to join me in Cubbies and Sunday School which was a lot of fun!!

 Madisyn's birthday is October the 4th so they had her a birthday party!! She is all about Tangled and I see why! Sophie Clare and I watched the movie yesterday and it is soooo cute!!

Sweet Owen had grown so much since we last saw him. He was just a baby and now he is walking everywhere. They came to the house to play for a bit and he went right to Jamie! He loves men and he is just a doll baby!!

I Want To Go Camping

As a child, I was blessed to get the full experience in camping! We had tents,pop ups...........the whole nine yards and I loved it!! It was soo much fun!! I will say that I am a grown up now and not to be "high maintenance" but I want my hair washed and fixxed!! hehe

  Anyways..........I want Sophie Clare to be able to do this!! I would love to have a camper but I don't see that happening. So I am thinking a fabulous tent with a blow up mattress!!  lol  I just want to share with her the fun things that I got to do as a child.

Hello to all!

Are you loving this Fall weather?? I LOVE IT!! Friday night after dinner, we headed to the elementary school that I went to........WHY? To play on the playground.  :) Sophie Clare LOVES it sooo much!! The weather was really cool, so that made it perfect!!   Considering Sophie Clare is an only childm I find myself  as much as she does.

She makes my heart super happy!!

Little Ballerina

Sophie Clare loves ballet!! She loves to twirl, dance and point her sweet toe! 

She is totally hooked to Caillou goes to the Doctor!! She wants to watch it all the time.  In this particular episode, he goes to the dentist, his dad gets sick, as does he and he has to go to the dr.  In between "Sprout" talks about being healthy and excersiceing!  There is a little girl on there that is doing ballet. Sophie Clare wanted to put on her ballet outfit and her ballet shoes! She looked soooo cute!!
