TEXAS CAVIAR
Ingredients
1 can Allen Field Peas, drained
1 can Shoepeg Corn, drained
1 small can Black Olives, chopped and drained
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 med. bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1 med can Mushrroms, chopped and drained
1 small onion
Mix together and let sit over night
Serve with any top of corn chip!!
My Aunt Janine makes this dip and it is so wonderful. It makes a lot, so make it for a party, carry it to a gathering or just make it to eat on for several days.
A great Summer snack!!
It is so yummy and all kids of all ages love it.
