The Battle

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!  We had a very cool, fun, yet busy weekend once again.  I am ready for weekends to slow down but that does not look like it is going to happen anytime soon!! 

This weekend at my brothers church they put on a fabulous EASTER PLAY!!

We as in my husband and I saw it about 3 years ago and it was just as fabulous.

We all know that Easter is not about Peter Cotton Tail Hopping Down the Bunny the Trail.

It is about JESUS suffering, carrying that cross, getting nailed to the cross and dying on the cross for you and me!!

Then he arose!!!!!

The Battle is a good reminder of all of the above!!

I love being "humbled" about the dying on the cross and then JESUS living again!!

The "devil" in this particular play does a great job at how the devil really is.  The devil is always LURKING close by and trying to get you to go his way!!  Sometimes we give in but Thankfully there is something bigger than him!!

JESUS!!    

My brother was one of the "Temple Guards" and let me just say he done a great job!!
