Day 1 Work Out

I have decided to take you on my work out journey.  I really want this to be something that I do daily. It takes 30 days to create a habit so.........Here it goes. haha

Sophie Clare had a rough night and we ended up at the dr this morning with an ear infection. I thought to myself on the way home.....
How am I going to do this today??
I knew I had to start today so after I got her to sleep and I got my work out on. lol
Where did I walk??
 In my house!
A lot of you know that my house is not huge but I made it work! I really got my heart rate up walking for 20 mins. I even jogged a little. I will not lie, I looked at the clock about 2 mins in and thought OH NO I have 18 more mins. I kept going and pushed through.

The squats.......well my thighs were burning!
The lunges and ab work out..........burning!
That is a good thing!

How did I feel at the end of the workout??
Tired but felt like I was doing some good!

Oh That is awesome! Keep it up! I always think "there is always a reason NOT to do it, so enjoy it." It always feels good at the END, LOL. Keep it up!!!
