My Sweet Sophie Clare has changed so much since last year at the Pumpkin Patch. She could not even walk. She could pull up and stand with the best. This year she is climbing up steps and sliding all by herself. She is running and jumping. She is such a happy baby!! I can hardly believe my eyes when I look at these pictures side by side. It really brings tears to my eyes and makes me so thankful for all the time we spend together. I am so blessed and thankful to be able to stay home with her.
