Our 4th and Then Some

Happy 4th of July on the 8th of July!

I have not been on the computer much at all so I am trying to play catch up in the blog world.  There are some ladies that have been asking me if I have seen different things on PINTEREST...............I am beginning to wonder whats that??   I  have to pick and choose what I spend time on...........here lately its been nothing but swimming, cooking, cleaning and taking care of Sophie Clare.  I did take some time to sit and watch a couple of movies. Jack and Jill and The Help. LOVED  The Help..........Jack and Jill with Adam Sandler, maybe I was tired but not near as funny as I wanted it to be.

Anywhooooo.............

Our 4th of July was spent at the pool just like every other day but we had fabulous food and lots of family around! ;-)

We had everything form hotdogs, hamburgers, ribs, chicken legs and even bristket.

 It was all yummy!!

We had a fabulous 4th. Did we do fireworks? No, we sure did not. Sophie Clare does not like them at all so we decided not to take her! She was snoozing by 8:30.

We went to the pool a couple more times and she is getting soooo brave!

Unfortunatly all this swimming, jumping in and going under had taken a tole on my sweet baby's ear.  Friday she was a little whiny and not her normal self. Saturday went to the pool for a short short time and she never really got in. I thought she might just be tired or burn out. We came home got ready and went to town a bit. I could not have asked for a better baby!  When we got home and time for a bath........................thats when it all started. She did not want me to wash her face and screamed and cried when I washed her hair around her ears. :-(  I put some numbing drops in and gave her some tylenol. She fell asleep at 7:30. This pic was taken at the brief time I laid her down.

We have not had a bad day but I do not see it getting any better so we are going to the dr tomorrow!
