Getting in Shape


Good afternoon! I hope you all are having a great weekend. We are but I am ready for the week to begin. We have lots of fun activities planned for the week. ;-)

Now for the real reason I am blogging today.
Getting In Shape

I will be honest, I have never had a issue till the age of 33.  Who knew what you ate would start catching up with you??  I have never had to work out, now I was not rock hard with abs or anything, but I was happy.  I am still not big but "the weight" I have gained is not spreading equally. It all wants to gather in the hip area or the tummy area. YUCK this is know fun. haha  I know that I want to start a work out program and stick with  it.  The gym is not what I want to commit to right  now. So I have been researching something I can do at home.
WHAT WORKS??? 
 I guess I will not know till I try.

I ran across this on PINTEREST and it seems pretty good.

That looks like a really good plan! I like that you can do them all at home and don't really need anything. I'll do it with you once I get the green light after the baby gets here. I'm like you- I don't have to do much to stay in shape so I don't really have any good advice. I lost the last 5 pounds of baby weight by going to New York City and walking about 10 miles over 4 days shopping and sight seeing. I HIGHLY recommend it as an exercise regimen, if you can convince your husband you "need" the trip for your health! :)
