Hello everyone!! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend!! I know that we are all going to have to start traveling by boat if this rain does not let up. I do not mind the rain but who wants to get out with a baby.Therehave been a couple of times that I have got in the back seat and buckled

Daytime Alabama, it is out of Birmingham and they always take you to different spots.............gardening, cooking, fashion, ect. I just love it! Be sure to check out there website!! The girl that usually host it is on maternity leave, her name is Brooke Smith. Some of you may remember her from the Bacherlette, a few years ago. I always dvr it, you never know what they are going to talk about!! The other day I was watching it and they were at the Village Tavern (Summit). They were sharing a recipe from there new menu and it looked yummy.
I just had to try it.

1 EACH Flour Tortilla,
8 inches
1 ½ Tablespoon BBQ Sauce
¼ Cup Jack/Cheddar Blend, Shredded
¼ Cup Chicken, Grilled, Tossed In BBQ Sauce,
1 Tablespoon Bacon,
2 teaspoon Red Onion,
1 Tablespoon Jack/Cheddar Blend, Shredded
Garnish:Cilantro, Freshly Chopped
1. Thoroughly dock the flour tortilla. Par bake it for 30 seconds (maximum) on each side.
2. Ladle BBQ sauce over tortilla, spread evenly within ½” of edge of tortilla. Sprinkle the Jack/ Cheddar cheese blend over BBQ sauce.
3. Distribute grilled chicken, bacon, and red onion evenly over top of pizza. Sprinkle 1 TBSP. of Jack/Cheddar cheese blend over top of chicken.
4. Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro. Brush with oil and cut into 4 equal pieces.
I tried this recipe and I also made the pizza one. I used pizza sauce, saucsage, bell pepper, and cheese!!
