Beef Stew

Roast, Potatoes, Carrots is one of my faves.
 I always have left overs and thought I would share with you what I do with them.
BEEF STEW of course!
I add a can of veg-all, tomato sauce, a few other spices.
Pesto
Beef Stew! 
Where's the easy button? haha

 Do you have any great ideas for left overs??
If so, I would LOVE to hear about them!!

I take what ever is left over of my roast and shred it and add a can of beef gravy, chopped onion, and bell pepper and put all that in the oven to warm. I then toast some hoagie rolls and spread the meat mixture and add mozzarella cheese and you have quick philly cheesesteak.
