Snow + Sickness = NO FUN
Sunday night I was so excited about the snow, I could not wait to get up and see how much it had snowed. I had big plans. I wanted to ride the 4 wheeler, let SC play and throw snow balls. I was like a kid waiting on Christmas morning. About 12:30, I woke up throwing up (TMI-I know) and did this till 6 in the morning. I felt like poo all day. When I finally got out of the bed at 9:30ish, Sophie Clare was excited about the snow. She was going from window to window saying cheese and taking pictures.
(Most all photos were taken by Jamie)
We got about 5 1/2 inches of snow. There was a layer of ice on top of the snow.
This is the road right in front of our house.
This is the road beside our house.
Jamie also walked over the hill to the main highway (431) and this is what it looked like.
Sophie Clare kept wanting to go outside finally I said ok. I can't not believe I am posting this pic. I truly look like death!! Oh well......Memories. haha
It was very worth taking her outside for just a few min. She loved tasting the snow and touching it to her face.
I am feeling much better today!! Thank you Lord!!
