Well I say yes to Sun-In!!
I have used it for many years and it is the best cheap highlighter for me!!
I am not going to sit in a chair and pay lots of money when a $4.99 bottle of SUN-IN does the trick for me!! I am a chair hopper when it comes to getting my hair cut as many of you know.
One of the sweet ladies says "use it but use lots of conditioner"
I used for the first time around the pool today and I already can tell a difference!!
It's not for everyone so be very careful if you try it!!
