On The Move

Well it's Tuesday and I am talking about Monday. How crazy is that? It seems like I am always a day behind. Some days I just can not find enough time to blog. I hold my baby a lot so most of the time I have to wait till Jamie comes homes. Then sometimes I don't get on here till late and well we all know how she has been sleeping lately.
When we got up, I fed her breakfast and started on some laundry. We napped and headed to the pool! We had a big moment yesterday!! I was cleaning and I could here her talking so I come in the living room to see what she was doing.......She was trying to reach her toy basket......I gave her a toy, thinking that would do the trick, later I heard her again, so I went back to check on her and she had scooted all the way to her toy basket and pulled it on top of her......she was just going through her toys like such a big girl! Later that night, my aunt was having a Pampered Chef Party at our church. I could not wait to see what they were going to be cooking! They always have the best recipes. We had some some yummy bbq chicken on french bread with cream cheese spread. I will have to find the recipe so that I can share it with you! This below was so good, jalapeno popper pizza. I could have ate a ton of these. I will post the recipe at the bottom! Be sure to try them!
Who loves chocolate?? I think all ladies do except for me. I can eat but I defiantly do not crave it! I was the only one that did not eat all of it!
Look at Natalie......She is loving it!
The Pampered Chef
Jalapeno Popper Pizzas
1 pkg refrigerated thin crust pizza crust
4 slices of bacon ( I am going to use bacon bits)
1 small red bell pepper (about 1/2 cup finely diced)
2 jalapeno peppers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup corn chips, crushed ( about 1/2 cup crushed chips)
1. Preheat oven to 425. Place dough on to cutting board (do not unroll). Using a sawing motion, slice dough into 24 disks using a knife. Place disk onto a cookie sheet, press to flatten and seal seems. Back 11 -13 mins or until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, slice bacon into 1/4in pieces; cook in saute pan over medium-high heat 8-10 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon from pan , drain on paper towels. Drain pan, leaving 1 tsp dripping in pan. Finely dice bell pepper . Chop jalapenos using a food chopper. Add bell pepper and jalapenos to pan; cook over medium heat 2-3 mins or until tender.
3. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, peppers and bacon in bowl and mix well. Divide cream cheese mixture evenly over crusts. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and crushed chips. Bake 4-6 min or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden brown..

Yum! Those pizzas sound so good, I might try them this week.

Watch out, with her starting to get mobile like that... the craziness is just beginning. Tad is (I know he's 10 months older...but still...) running all over the place. Climbing on top of the coffee table, that's where he likes to sit, climbs on the end tables, won't let me keep the couch cushions on the couch. My living room just stays in a mess! He even pulls down the curtains on a regular basis! It's just crazy! Scary too!
