My Little Climber

(please ignore the mess in the laundry room)

Sophie Clare is such a big help when it come to doing laundry. She is right there beside me, ready to help unload the dryer. It doesn't matter if the clothes are wet or dry. I was in the process of trying to unload the dryer, when she decided she wanted to help. So I let her get over there to do her thing while I started folding some clothes. When I turned and looked, this is what she was doing, with NO help from me!!!

Mom, do you think I can do it??

I am going to keep in trying.

I DID IT!! I AM SUCH A BIG GIRL!!
It will not be long that she is going to figure out that she can climb on many other things. She is such a joy!!! Jamie stills says that I am that mom that lets her do whatever. HEHE!!

LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW
Yesterday morning it started snowing and came down pretty hard off and on all day. When it was snowing pretty hard, Sophie Clare and I walked outside so that she could see it. She just looked around and smiled. It was like she knew what it was.

Yesterday afternoon, it was freezing outside. Callie wanted to come in so I let her come in. We have had her for about 11 years and she used to be an inside cat. So when she come in, she thinks she should be in my lap. She is trying really hard to get there.

The other day, I was talking to Johnna on the phone (Braden's mom). I asked her if she cared to bring her scissors(she cuts hair at Beyond Beauty), she was sweet enough to say yes. So, last night in the freezing cold and a touch of snow, Sophie Clare, me and my aunt headed to Johnna's to get a hair cut.
Sophie Clare enjoyed all of the boy toys.

Here is Janine getting her hair cut, she is quite and let's Johnna do her job.

I did not love that I did NOT having a mirror in front of me, but Johnna said she liked it because I did not have my hands in my hair and I was still.

Thanks so much Johnna for bringing your stuff home!! It looks great, next time we will just go a little shorter!!

I am ready for the weather to clear up so that me and Sophie Clare can get out of the house. I have gone to many days in my pjs and so has she!!
