Ro-Tel Roll Ups

Do you need an appetizer to take to a gathering or do you just need some munchies at home.
This is so delish and you have to try it!! 

Ro-Tel Roll Ups

Ingredients

2 (8oz) Cream Cheese at room temp
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes, drained
1 sm can chopped olives, drained
1 pkg 10 lg flour tortillas

Mix cream cheese and dry dressing mix together. Add tomatoes and olives. Spoon out onto tortilla shell and spread thin. Roll tortilla up and slice into pinwheels. Refrigerate.

It works better to me if you refrigerate for about 3 hrs before you slice into the pinwheels.

It also makes a yummy dip!!

Those look so yummy! I have a recipe really similar to that using green chilies instead of rotel tomatoes. I will have to try your recipe next time! We call them "Superbowl Sandwiches" for some reason; who knows where it came from?
