Snowman Cheese Ball

Yes, I was inspired by Pinterest!  I thought sure, he looks easy. My aunt Janine help my find a recipe and off to the store I went.
 Mexican Cheese Ball.

2 pkg. Cream Cheese
1 Small box box Velveeta (mild) Mexican Cheese
2 cups Sharp Chedder cheese
1 Tbsp. Chili powder
2 Tbsp. Onion Flakes (mitz)

I only made one recipe and it made 2 small ballls.
Next time I might add a little more to make my bottom bigger.
I put it in the refrigerator just like the picture shows.

The next day I put them on my platter and made the snowman.

I used a spreadable cream cheese to make his snow.

Rosemary for his hat, a cheese curl for his nose, raisins for his eyes and a twizzler for his scarf.
Next time I may try a fruit roll up, the twizzler was hard and I had to warm it up a bit to get it to mold. I also had to use tooth picks in the back to hold the twizzlers on.

I thought he was very cute!  ;-)
