Fishing Tournament

A couple of weeks ago we were invited to go to the fishing tournament  in Gadsden.  

A former customer of Jamie's was fishing in the tournament. We went to watch the boats come in and the weigh in. 

Sophie Clare really enjoyed watching all the boats come in. 

Little did I know when I took this picture, that I was taking it of Margaret's husband. He is the guy in the blue and red. 

He is the Kentucky State Champ. 

Considering we had never been to a weigh in before, it was neat. 

I don't know who this dude is.  He just held his fish up so I took  pic. 

These guys are waiting for their turn. 

 In the game of fishing, you can not have any fish die before the weigh in or you get penalized. 

Here is Brian and his little boy. 

Sophie Clare of course just loved running around. 

This is where they let the fish go back into the water. Needless to say the ones floating on top did not make it. :-/
