This time of year is so much fun!
There is so many fun things to do!
This past Saturday night a local church was having Trunk or Treat and we thought it would be fun to join in on the fun. Sophie Clare wanted to be Dorothy this year and that is very fitting considering how much she loves THE WIZARD OF OZ. She even has TOTO and she carries him everywhere along with baby!

It is so hard to get a picture of a moving child!
It did not take us long to do that considering the church is small and plus it is only about a minute from the house. . Sophie Clare was not ready for the fun to end. She wanted to do more but it was Saturday night and I did not know of anywhere else to go. So we came home and she checked out her goodies that she got.
After we got in our jammies, it was PUMPKIN CARVING TIME. This was our very first year to carve a pumpkin and it was so much fun.

For those that follow me on instagram have already seen this but I wanted to share this for those that don't. I tried toasting some seeds and they were so yummy. I just sprayed my pan with a little olive oil, salted the seed , toasted for a few and WAAAA-LAAA!
And here is our cute little happy pumpkin!
It was tons of fun and can't wait to do it again!
Sophie Clare said this was her favorite part of the night!

I love Dorothy costumes. The year Sofia was Dorothy - I loved it, yet barely took any pics. Why? Because she was sick all over herself and the car. Boo to that Halloween fun.
